This app runs entirely in your browser. All your workout data is stored locally on your device—nothing is sent to any server.
You are fully responsible for your data. If you clear your browser local storage data, your workout history will be lost. Incognito mode on Safari does not support local storage, so avoid using it for this app.
Use the Export/Import feature in Settings to transfer your data between devices or create backups.
